Primary Responsibilities

1. Client Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Lead or support client calls and provide clear updates on performance and progress
  • Maintain strong relationships through consistent, professional communication

2. Execution & Project Management

  • Manage audits and strategies submitted via ClickUp
  • Assign tasks to internal specialists and ensure completion
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time and meets Advirtis quality standards

3. Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving

  • Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Address issues proactively and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them

4. Sales Support

  • Participate in sales calls with Partner Success Managers
  • Assist in presenting audits, strategies, and recommendations to clients and partners

5. Revenue Opportunity Creation (CORE KPI)

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Create and log all qualified opportunities in HubSpot with accurate details

6. Sales Reporting (REQUIRED)

  • Maintain a monthly sales report in Google Sheets
  • Submit by the 1st of each month
  • Include opportunities created, deals influenced, and revenue generated

7. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Partner Success Managers, Operations, and leadership
  • Support onboarding, retention, and growth of agency partners

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience working within a marketing agency in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, and reporting tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO strategy and execution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ClickUp and CRM tools (HubSpot is preferred)
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Expectations

The following expectations are established for this position but are not limited to these items. Responsibilities may evolve as we continue to grow and refine the role.

  • Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Flexibility to collaborate with our vendors and contractors as needed.
  • External communication (clients and vendors) with a response time within 2 hours during business hours
  • Internal communication with a response time within 1 hour during business hours
  • PTO requests submitted at least 2 weeks in advance, including a clear plan for coverage of responsibilities during time off
  • Fully remote role with an expected schedule aligned to standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)

Performance KPIs (Required)

Account Managers will be evaluated on the following key performance indicators:

1. Audit & Strategy Execution

  • Complete a minimum of 16 audits/strategies per month
  • Ensure consistent support to the sales team and deal flow

2. Deal Creation (Pipeline Contribution)

  • Number of qualified opportunities identified and logged in HubSpot
  • Includes upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

3. Meeting Participation

  • Expected to attend all assigned client and internal meetings
  • Weekly meeting attendance will be tracked for consistency and engagement

4. Revenue Contribution

  • Monthly Closed-Won revenue sourced by the Account Manager
  • This is a primary indicator of performance and growth impact

Position Details

  • Type: W-2 Employee
  • Schedule: Business hours -- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST -- Fully Remote (but not limited to)
  • Monthly Pay Cycle: $4,000/month
  • Payment Schedule: 1st and 15th of each month

Commission

Account Managers are eligible to earn commission on revenue they directly source.

Commission Rules

  • Commission is paid only on Closed-Won and Collected revenue
  • Opportunity must be identified and created in HubSpot by the Account Manager
  • Deal must be validated by a Partner Success Manager
  • Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month on the collected revenue closed won from the month before and are not reoccurring

Tiered Commission Structure

  • 5% on monthly revenue from $0 -- $20,000
  • 10% on monthly revenue from $20,001 -- $30,000
  • 15% on monthly revenue above $30,000

Commission is applied incrementally by tier (below in Commission Tier Chart)

Leadership Commission Policy

If a leader at Advirtis identifies and closes a deal independently, no commission will be paid to the Account Manager or Partner Success Manager.

90-Day Qualification Period

During the first 90 days, the Account Manager must demonstrate:

  • Ability to manage audits and strategies
  • Participation in sales and client calls
  • Accurate deal creation in HubSpot
  • Alignment with KPI expectations

Performance Standards

Account Managers are expected to meet established performance standards and KPIs. Advirtis is committed to providing support and feedback to help team members succeed. However, if expectations are not met, this may result in changes to employment status, up to and including termination.

Terms and Conditions

Employment with Advirtis is at-will and may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause or notice. Advirtis reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.

Benefits

Advirtis is pleased to offer health insurance benefits to employees as part of its commitment to their well-being. These benefits are provided through an Advirtis-sponsored plan facilitated by our insurance representative. Under this program, Advirtis will contribute 30% toward the employee's monthly premium for the selected plan. The remaining premium will be deducted from the employee's pay cycle for convenience. Please note that this contribution applies only to plans offered through Advirtis and does not apply to outside or individually obtained plans.
