About the Role

Globe is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will connect with clients who have expressed interest in supplemental benefits designed to provide their families with additional protection beyond employer-provided coverage. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with families, clearly explain the available options, and guide them in choosing the most suitable plan for their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with individuals who have requested information about our benefits.
  • Arrange and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.
  • Develop personalized benefit plans and modify existing ones to align with client requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough benefit reviews for current clients, assisting with claims and adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns regarding their benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, ensuring timely updates.
