Candidates should have a strong background in data integration, ETL development, and data warehousing, along with familiarity with data governance standards and security protocols, especially within healthcare contexts. Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights are crucial. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and exposure to agile methodologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data wrangling tasks including ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and validation to enable meaningful analysis.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, technical data solutions and workflows.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, share best practices, and promote coding standards within the team.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data workflows, architecture, and models for future reference and compliance.
  • Create customized reports and visualizations to support internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage and troubleshoot large volumes of data pipelines to ensure continuous operation and performance.
