About The Role
We are seeking a Creative Technologist to join our dynamic Marketing team at Asana. This pivotal role bridges the gap between creative design and cutting-edge technology, focusing on developing innovative digital experiences that resonate with our users and support our business objectives.
Based in our Warsaw office with a hybrid work schedule, the Creative Technologist will work closely with the Digital UX and Engineering teams in San Francisco to craft engaging, personalized digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and creative vision, capable of translating complex requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces and functionalities.
Your contributions will directly influence our digital presence, from interactive web tools and UI overhauls to optimizing content management workflows and expanding our digital design system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital experiences, leverage emerging technologies, and drive measurable results across our marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of interactive digital projects
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and optimizing content workflows
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices for digital design
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end development of interactive digital experiences, ensuring seamless and engaging user interfaces
- Drive the technical strategy to enhance our digital platforms with innovative, user-focused solutions
- Collaborate with UX designers, content creators, and engineers to develop and implement creative concepts
- Optimize CMS workflows to improve content creation, editing, and publishing efficiency
- Own the development and refinement of email templates, ensuring consistency with our digital design system
- Lead UI overhauls and ensure high-quality, consistent design implementation across all digital properties
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and explore their application within our digital ecosystem
- Communicate project status, potential risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital user experiences and operational workflows
