About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and debugging web-based business applications using the latest technologies and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and .NET development, with expertise in SQL Server, web services, and enterprise application integration. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with clients to understand their requirements, and translate these into robust, scalable software solutions. You will be responsible for creating technical documentation, developing work plans, and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in C# and Visual Studio is essential, along with advanced knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL optimization, and refactoring. Experience with web technologies such as ASP.Net 4.0+, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, and Bootstrap is required. Familiarity with web services, RESTful API integration, and client-side management using Redux or Context API is necessary. Additional preferred skills include experience with EDI transactions, DevOps practices, GitHub, Agile methodologies, SSIS, and automation tools. A solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes, technical documentation, and system analysis is also important. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug web applications and business software solutions using full lifecycle development techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze automation requests, and translate specifications into effective computer programs.
- Prepare all necessary SDM technical documents, including technical specifications and design documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, review code for quality and adherence to best practices, and optimize SQL queries for performance.
- Create test data, analyze system performance, and implement improvements to reduce bottlenecks, latency, and concurrency issues.
- Develop work plans, project schedules, and provide accurate time and cost estimates for assigned tasks.
- Interface regularly with users to understand their needs, provide technical support, and facilitate enhancements or maintenance of existing applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and participate in team meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure project success.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, prepare periodic project status reports, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
