We are seeking Claims Processing Associates to review and process customer claims submissions. This role involves handling personal and financial information submitted by claimants. A background check and credit screening are required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming claims submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Enter claim details into the processing system and assign case numbers
• Verify claimant identity and supporting documentation
• Track claim status and update records at each processing stage
• Communicate claim decisions to claimants via email and phone
• Escalate complex or disputed claims to senior review staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable reviewing and handling sensitive personal documentation
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• No prior claims experience required — full training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
