Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This role involves accessing customer accounts and personal information. A background check is required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Access and update customer account information as needed
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain detailed notes on all customer interactions
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines on every interaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a home environment
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior experience required — paid training provided
- Must be a US resident with reliable internet
