Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Access and update customer account information as needed
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • Maintain detailed notes on all customer interactions
  • Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
  • Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines on every interaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a home environment
