Job Description

We are seeking a Loan Processor to review and process loan applications from submission through approval. This role involves handling borrower financial documents including tax returns, bank statements, and credit reports. A background check and credit screening are required for all loan processing positions.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and verify borrower financial documentation including income and asset verification
• Enter loan data into the origination system and track application status
• Communicate with borrowers and loan officers on outstanding conditions
• Ensure all loan files comply with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Meet processing volume targets and turnaround time requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling sensitive borrower financial documents
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• No prior loan processing experience required — full training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
