Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team with administrative tasks, lead management, and customer follow-ups. This role involves handling customer contact data and sales records. A background check is required for all sales support positions.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for the team
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and route to the appropriate rep
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Assist with scheduling sales calls and coordinating demos
• Generate weekly sales activity and pipeline reports for management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior sales experience required — full training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
