Key Responsibilities

- Communicate confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of reservations and client interactions
- Support the overall booking and coordination process from start to finish
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and based in the United States
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using email, online platforms, and scheduling tools
