Medical Record Reviewer -- 100% Remote (Contract)

Rate Range: $20.00 - $25.00 P/HR. (Negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

  • Prior experience reviewing medical records in both English and Canadian French (Canadian French preferred, but other French dialects acceptable).
  • Self-directed
  • Bilingual in English and Canadian French (Canadian French preferred, but other French dialects acceptable).
  • Excellent communication skills

Role And Responsibilities:

The Medical Record Review Associate supports clinical review activities by assisting with reviewing medical records, interpreting clinical documentation, and maintaining workflow accuracy. The ideal candidate has a clinical background (LPN, RN, or similar), strong attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools in a remote environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a specialized area related to this role.
  • Outstanding internal and external client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
