Job Summary

This role is for a US-based Workday expert to enhance HR and recruiting systems. You will collaborate with business teams to improve processes and ensure successful Workday releases. The position focuses on delivering the FY roadmap for Workday enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Workday HCM/Recruiting between business and technical teams.
• Design and improve business processes for better efficiency and user experience.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize requests, and define functional requirements.
• Lead Workday release activities including testing and deployment planning.
• Communicate release plans and updates effectively to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

• Workday HCM and Recruiting certifications
• Project management experience
• Release management experience

• Location: Remote CA
• Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr W2
