Job description

We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 20 Paralegals and Legal Analysts for part-time, fully-remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects pay $40--60 USD per hour, with higher rates for senior and specialized practitioners.

This role includes building original legal research and document-analysis tasks from scratch, spanning case research, source and citation checking, document review, and drafting support, stress-testing leading AI models on practice-level legal problems, and judging whether AI-generated work is accurate, properly sourced, and free of unsupported claims.

Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced paralegal or legal analyst who researches, reviews, and helps draft legal documents to a high standard. You know how to find and verify authority, check citations, flag inconsistencies and unsupported claims, and organize complex factual and legal material clearly.

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Paralegals at law firms, corporate legal departments, or government agencies
  • Legal analysts or legal researchers supporting litigation, transactions, or regulatory work
  • Litigation support or e-discovery specialists with strong document-review experience
  • Compliance or contracts analysts who review and analyze legal documents
  • Legal research or cite-checking specialists (including current or former law librarians)
  • Contract administrators or legal operations staff with hands-on document experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English reading and writing skills
  • Paralegal certificate, relevant bachelor's degree, or equivalent demonstrated legal experience
  • 3+ years of paralegal, legal-analyst, or legal-research experience
  • Track record of substantive legal research, document review, or drafting support
