What You'll Do

Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting disclosures
Extract and structure data into standardized Excel templates
Validate calculations, formatting, and logical consistency across datasets
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or anomalies in source materials
Support recurring dataset creation, structuring, and cleanup tasks
Ensure datasets meet quality and accuracy standards for AI model training

Who You Are

Must-Have

Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a closely related finance role
Strong Excel proficiency --- comfortable with structured data, formulas, and templates
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage task-based assignments

Nice To Have

Exposure to audit, FP&A, financial operations, or controllership
Experience working with large or complex financial datasets
Familiarity with AI training workflows or data annotation
