AI Content Quality Reviewer

About The Role

AI is only as good as the people who evaluate it. We're looking for detail-driven professionals to review, test, and improve AI-generated content --- helping ensure that AI systems meet rigorous quality standards across text, code, and structured data.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for QA professionals, editors, technical writers, and anyone with a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency. Your feedback directly shapes how AI systems learn and perform.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs against detailed quality guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and edge cases in AI responses
• Perform systematic constraint-checking to ensure outputs meet specifications
• Document findings and deliver structured, actionable feedback
• Develop and refine test cases to probe AI capabilities and limitations
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams to maintain quality benchmarks
• Work across diverse content types including text, code, and structured data

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in QA, technical writing, test engineering, content moderation, or annotation project management
• Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical, systematic approach
• Strong written English communication skills --- you articulate issues clearly and precisely
• Comfortable applying complex guidelines consistently at scale
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and systemic issues
• Self-motivated and reliable --- you thrive working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, labeling, or content evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or language model outputs
• Background in creating or maintaining test documentation and quality rubrics
• Experience managing or coordinating annotation or QA teams
• BPO or content moderation background
