Your real-world knowledge of how software breaks in production will directly shape how frontier AI systems reason about application risk, exploitability, and remediation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior
• Classify and evaluate vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic weaknesses
• Assess secure coding practices and the quality of proposed remediation strategies
• Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that help AI systems accurately assess and prioritize application risk
• Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact risk across diverse technical contexts

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, or software security roles
• Strong familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerabilities found in real production environments
• Able to evaluate risk with nuance --- separating critical, exploitable issues from noise
• Clear, structured written communicator who can explain security reasoning concisely
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with secure code review, penetration testing, or bug bounty programs
• Familiarity with web frameworks, API security, or cloud-native architectures
• Background in writing security documentation, advisories, or training content
