About The Role

This isn't generic transcription work. We're looking for pilots, controllers, aviation students, and enthusiasts who can accurately capture real-world ATC and pilot communications and turn them into high-quality training data that powers the future of aviation AI.

Your work will directly contribute to AI systems designed to improve safety and autonomy in the skies.

What You'll Do

• Transcribe real-world ATC ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision
• Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and read-backs accurately
• Correctly capture aviation-specific terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
• Work through task-based assignments independently, at your own pace
• Consistently meet quality and accuracy standards on every submission

Who You Are

• A pilot, student pilot, air traffic controller, or aviation professional
• An aviation enthusiast with a strong working knowledge of radio communications
• Someone who can recognize and correctly transcribe standard ICAO/FAA phraseology
• Extremely detail-oriented --- you notice when a readback is slightly off
• Patient and focused when working with fast-paced, noisy audio
• No formal transcription background required --- aviation knowledge is what matters
