What You'll Do

• Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with precision
• Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
• Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseology correctly
• Work on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards --- this work directly impacts aviation AI systems

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of aviation phraseology and standard radio communications
• Ability to accurately parse fast, noisy, real-world radio audio
• Extreme attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Active or former pilot certificate or ATC credentials
• Experience with LiveATC or similar ATC audio platforms
• Familiarity with AI data labeling or transcription workflows
