This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed --- just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges
  • Build advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like DCF valuation, market entry, supply chain optimization, and cap table modeling
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions
  • Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs
  • Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
• Refine AI Reasoning
  • Identify and document reasoning failures --- such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables --- and deliver structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently
  • Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations and written analysis
• Precise and detail-oriented when reviewing financial models, data interpretations, and business arguments
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
