We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand and communicate core business concepts --- from strategy and management to operations and finance.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a real impact on cutting-edge AI development.

Commitment: 10--40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios and identify edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured, high-quality feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
