Business Teacher (Postsecondary – AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason through, and explain core business concepts --- from strategy and operations to management and finance.

This is a remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience becomes a powerful tool for improving AI at scale.

• Commitment: 10--40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions, scenarios, and case studies used in AI training
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously --- on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with structured content
• No prior AI experience required --- your subject matter expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Real-world industry or applied business experience
• Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
