At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI --- helping evaluate, validate, and improve how AI understands clinical systems, workflows, and technical problem-solving.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations to a domain that's actively reshaping the future of healthcare and artificial intelligence.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10--40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting for accuracy and quality
- Apply your domain expertise to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback on how well AI handles scenarios involving EHR configuration, system optimization, and clinical-technical communication
- Review and rate AI-generated documentation, support guides, and clinical workflow translations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced with healthcare IT systems --- including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization background
- Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT solutions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate complex technical content critically
- Clear written communicator who can articulate quality issues with precision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
- Background in training, documentation, or system implementation projects
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams
- Fully remote and flexible --- work on your own schedule
- Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
- Contribute to AI that could meaningfully improve healthcare technology
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
