Creative Writer - English (AI Training)

We're looking for talented English writers to help train and improve AI systems by crafting original content, evaluating AI-generated text, and refining outputs to sound more natural, imaginative, and human.

What You'll Do
- Write original creative content across genres --- fiction, narrative, dialogue, persuasive copy, editorial, and more
- Evaluate AI-generated English text for voice, tone, creativity, and coherence
- Rewrite and polish AI outputs to sound more natural, engaging, and distinctly human
- Identify weaknesses in pacing, word choice, clichés, and stylistic inconsistencies
- Provide structured, actionable feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Craft diverse writing prompts designed to challenge and improve AI capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously --- no set hours, no micromanagement
Who You Are
- Native or near-native English fluency with excellent writing ability
- Passionate about creative writing in any form --- fiction, poetry, screenwriting, copywriting, or beyond
- Strong instincts for voice, tone, and style across different genres and audiences
- A sharp eye for grammar, syntax, narrative structure, and stylistic detail
- Able to adapt your writing fluidly across formats, genres, and tones
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload
- No prior AI experience required --- we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
- Published work, a writing portfolio, or a degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in editing, copywriting, or content creation
- Familiarity with multiple literary traditions and writing styles
- Background in storytelling, worldbuilding, or character development
