English Writing Generalist -- Quality Review (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for detail-driven English writing professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your editorial instincts will directly shape how AI systems produce clear, accurate, and polished English --- making a real impact on the quality of content millions of people interact with every day.

- Commitment: 10--40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated and human-written content for grammar, tone, clarity, and consistency
- Improve readability and flow without altering the original intent or meaning
- Identify and flag subtle linguistic errors, awkward phrasing, and structural issues
- Apply consistent editorial judgment across large volumes of content
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems produce better writing
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable evaluating written content across a wide range of topics and styles
- Able to maintain consistency and quality when working at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable with excellent written communication skills
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in copyediting, content writing, journalism, or publishing
- Experience working with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
- Familiarity with content quality evaluation or annotation workflows
