About The Role

We're looking for experienced Graphic Designers in New York to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems—ensuring they can deliver accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to designers at every stage of their careers.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working professionals. No AI background needed—just deep expertise in graphic design and a passion for helping others grow.

What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by graphic designers and visual creatives at different career stages.
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the design field.
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice for creative professionals.
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems.
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Who You Are
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of creative career development, portfolio building, and design hiring practices in the New York market and beyond.
- Experience providing design feedback, mentoring junior creatives, or leading design reviews.
- Excellent written communication skills—you can explain complex creative concepts clearly.
- Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice grounded in real industry experience.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
- No prior AI or tech experience required.
Nice to Have
- A strong design portfolio spanning brand, digital, or print work.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or related tools.
- Agency or in-house design experience across multiple sectors.
- Art direction, creative leadership, or team management experience.
- Familiarity with the New York creative industry and its hiring landscape.
