Legal & Policy Content Reviewer (AI Training)

About The Role

AI is increasingly being used to analyse legislation, summarise case law, and navigate regulatory frameworks --- and it needs to get things right. We're looking for legal and policy professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the legal and government domain. Your expertise will directly shape how AI handles some of its most consequential outputs.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required --- just sharp legal knowledge and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated legal analyses, policy summaries, and government-related content for accuracy and completeness
  • Evaluate the correct use of legal terminology, citations, and regulatory references
  • Identify factual errors, logical flaws, or misleading interpretations in AI outputs
  • Assess how well AI handles nuance in areas like legislation, case law, compliance, and public policy
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI performance on legal and government topics
  • Work independently and asynchronously --- on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of legal concepts, government processes, or public policy
  • Excellent reading comprehension and analytical thinking
  • Meticulous attention to detail --- especially around precise language and factual claims
  • Clear, structured written communication skills
  • Comfortable evaluating content across diverse legal and regulatory topics
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Background in law, political science, public administration, or a related field
  • Experience in legal research, compliance, legislation drafting, or government operations
  • Familiarity with UK or international regulatory frameworks, parliamentary processes, or common law systems
  • Paralegal, legal assistant, barrister's clerk, or policy research experience
