About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape the next generation of AI. Your expertise in organizational behavior, team dynamics, and decision-making will directly influence how AI systems reason about the complex, real-world challenges that leaders face every day.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role --- work on your own schedule and make a meaningful impact on cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational decision-making
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic recommendations in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help AI systems reason more like experienced leaders
• Work independently and asynchronously --- no meetings, no rigid schedules

Who You Are

• 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying tradeoffs
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios, case studies, and recommendations
• Self-directed and reliable --- able to meet deadlines without hand-holding

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Real-world industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
