What You'll Do

  • Produce compelling, data-informed marketing content tailored to growth objectives --- from landing pages and email sequences to blog posts and ad copy
  • Analyze content performance and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and refine content strategies that support acquisition, activation, and retention goals
  • Collaborate closely with growth, product, and design teams to align messaging across channels
  • Optimize conversion funnels through strategic content placement and messaging iteration
  • Test and iterate on content formats, headlines, CTAs, and narratives based on real performance data
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while tailoring tone and format to specific audiences and channels

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in content strategy, growth marketing, or a closely related field
  • Strong writer with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content across multiple formats and channels

  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote, async environment

  • Familiar with content management systems, marketing tools, and performance tracking platforms
