What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for research, clinical decision support, and precision medicine initiatives
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts --- assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
- Collaborate across clinical, research, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and strategic coherence
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for clinical or scientific audiences
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments alongside clinicians, researchers, and engineers in regulated or highly technical settings
- Detail-oriented and rigorous --- you hold yourself and your work to high scientific and ethical standards
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare or life sciences
- Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
- Experience with precision medicine platforms, EHR systems, or genomic data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, VCF)
