This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background required --- just a trained voice, a quiet space, and a passion for the craft.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and creative prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized Italian voice outputs
• Review and suggest refinements to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously --- fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native Italian speaker with a strong command of natural, contemporary Italian
• Equipped with a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Attentive to nuance --- you notice when tone, rhythm, or pronunciation feels off

Nice to Have

• Experience with audio production, voice-over direction, or studio recording workflows
• Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accents
• Background in linguistics, broadcasting, or performing arts
• Prior exposure to AI audio evaluation or speech synthesis projects
