What You'll Do

• Evaluate real-world market events and assign well-reasoned probability estimates
• Analyze how retail investors respond to catalysts, volatility, macro shifts, and sentiment changes
• Interpret prediction-market signals across equities, crypto, macro, and global news
• Review and label trading-related datasets with structured, consistent reasoning
• Assess crowd behavior and identify patterns in retail trading flows
• Provide clear written rationale grounded in current news, price action, and investor psychology

Who You Are

• An active or recent market participant --- you follow markets closely and trade or invest regularly
• Comfortable thinking in probabilities and assessing event outcomes under uncertainty
• Familiar with prediction markets, trading platforms, or retail investor behavior
• Up to date on financial, macro, and geopolitical developments that move markets
• Strong written communicator --- you can explain your reasoning clearly and concisely
• Detail-oriented and consistent when working through structured analytical tasks
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, PredictIt, or similar prediction markets
• Background in retail brokerage, financial analysis, or market research
• Familiarity with technical analysis, options flow, or sentiment indicators
• Knowledge of behavioral finance or investor psychology
• Prior experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training workflows
