What You'll Do

• Review trading-related workflows, datasets, and operational content for accuracy and logical consistency
• Validate transaction sequences and operational steps against established market conventions
• Summarize market mechanics and trade-flow processes in clear, structured formats
• Identify operational inconsistencies, errors, or process gaps in AI-generated content
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of trading-related AI outputs using structured rubrics
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in trading operations, brokerage ops, or financial operations
• Naturally detail-oriented with a precise, methodical approach to evaluating workflows
• Comfortable following structured, rule-based evaluation frameworks
• Able to communicate complex operational concepts clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Exposure to market structure, order management systems, or trade execution workflows
• Familiarity with front-to-back trade lifecycle processes
• Background in compliance, risk operations, or post-trade processing
• Experience with financial data review or operational quality assurance
