What You'll Do
- Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
- Drive gross profit, market share, and client retention.
- Execute innovative sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to customers.
What You Bring
- 3--5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
- Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
- Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic, and creativity.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written & spoken).
