International Business Development Manager -- Freight & Logistics (Remote, USA)

OTE $300K | Base Commission

What You'll Do

  • Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
  • Drive gross profit, market share, and client retention.
  • Execute innovative sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to customers.

What You Bring

  • 3--5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
  • Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
  • Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic, and creativity.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written & spoken).
