Who we're looking for
We are looking for architects, architectural designers, BIM architectural modelers, architectural drafters, and interior designers who produce models, sheet sets, and full documentation packages. Relevant focus areas include:
- Revit documentation
- Permit/CD sheet sets
- Schedules
- Interior design & space planning
The role
- This is a contract position: fully remote, asynchronous, and designed to fit around your existing work.
- Compensation based on experience.
- Projects draw directly on your professional experience and the software you are familiar with.
- New opportunities become available as projects launch.
Preferred software and skills
Experience with any of the following is preferred: Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Lumion, Chief Architect, or 2020 Design.
Requirements
- You have 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- You have deep hands-on fluency with the professional software of your field.
- You can clearly explain your work: what you make, how you make it, and how you judge quality.
