Biomedical Engineer

We're seeking experienced biomedical engineers, medical device design engineers, and regulatory/quality engineers for paid **($90-150/hour)**remote contract work. The work is project-based, fully asynchronous, and scoped to your professional expertise.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for biomedical and medical device engineers, device R&D engineers, biomechanics engineers, and device regulatory and quality engineers who author design files, risk documents, and V&V protocols. Relevant focus areas include:

• Device design
• Regulatory & quality documentation
• Biomechanics simulation

The role

• This is a contract position: fully remote, asynchronous, and designed to fit around your existing work.
• Compensation based on experience.
• Projects draw directly on your professional experience and the software you are familiar with.
• New opportunities become available as projects launch.

Preferred software and skills

Experience with any of the following is preferred: SolidWorks, MATLAB, ANSYS, Abaqus, Creo, Minitab, Python, Greenlight Guru, and MasterControl, plus ISO 14971 and design control frameworks.

Requirements

• You have 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• You have deep hands-on fluency with the professional software of your field.
• You can clearly explain your work: what you make, how you make it, and how you judge quality.
