Industrial Engineer

We're seeking experienced quality engineers, industrial/manufacturing engineers, and reliability engineers for paid ($90-150/hour) remote contract work. The work is project-based, fully asynchronous, and scoped to your professional expertise.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for quality, industrial, manufacturing, and reliability engineers, Six Sigma practitioners, and failure analysis engineers who deliver FMEAs, capability studies, simulations, and root cause reports. Relevant focus areas include:

• Quality engineering/Six Sigma
• Reliability engineering
• Manufacturing/industrial engineering
• Failure analysis

The role

• This is a contract position: fully remote, asynchronous, and designed to fit around your existing work.
• Compensation based on experience.
• Projects draw directly on your professional experience and the software you are familiar with.
• New opportunities become available as projects launch.

Preferred software and skills

Experience with any of the following is preferred: Minitab, JMP, ReliaSoft, Relyence, Minitab Engage, Arena, FlexSim, Simio, Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, PolyWorks, or Zeiss Calypso.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role (freelance, agency, or in-house).
• You have deep hands-on fluency with the professional software of your field.
• You can clearly explain your work: what you make, how you make it, and how you judge quality.
