Benefits Service Representative – Remote

About the Opportunity

Our organization is backed by Globe Life and has continued to grow across North America. We provide essential benefit programs to working families and are expanding our remote team throughout the U.S. and Canada.

This role is fully remote, with interviews, training, and client appointments conducted online through Zoom.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients and families through scheduled virtual meetings
• Explain benefit options in a clear and professional way
• Answer questions and help clients understand their available programs
• Complete basic documentation and follow-up tasks
• Build strong long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
• A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Leadership experience is an asset but not required
