This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while receiving ongoing support, training, and leadership guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Assist clients with basic enrollment and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
  • Build positive client relationships through strong communication
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Leadership experience is considered an asset
