This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while receiving ongoing support, training, and leadership guidance.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
- Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with basic enrollment and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
- Build positive client relationships through strong communication
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working remotely and using Zoom
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Leadership experience is considered an asset
