Position Summary

We are hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will connect with union and association members who have requested information about their benefits, explain available options, and assist them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound client inquiries
  • Schedule and lead virtual benefits consultations
  • Explain benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, professional way
  • Assist clients with applications and required documentation
  • Keep accurate records and maintain strong client relationships
  • Take part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional presence
  • Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using computers and working remotely
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
