Position Overview
We are seeking driven, professional, and client-focused individuals to join our fully remote team. You will work with union and association members who have requested information about their available benefits, helping them review their options and complete the enrollment process.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with prospective clients by phone and virtually
- Schedule and conduct online benefits appointments
- Review available programs and explain coverage options clearly
- Guide clients through applications and required paperwork
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records
- Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, coachable, and professional attitude
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Comfortable using technology and working in a remote setting
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule
- Legally able to work in the U.S. or Canada
