Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding processes for clients
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and implementation milestones
- Gather client requirements and configure systems or solutions accordingly
- Provide training and support to clients during onboarding and deployment
- Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and customer success teams
- Monitor implementation progress and resolve issues or escalations promptly
- Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records
- Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2--5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination, or operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or Jira
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies and customer onboarding processes
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, HR technology, or enterprise software industries
- Basic technical troubleshooting or systems configuration experience
- Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus
