Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments and leadership teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain and organize documents, records, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Assist with onboarding processes and administrative documentation
- Support internal communication and cross-functional coordination
- Handle incoming inquiries and route them to appropriate teams
- Track office-related expenses and assist with budgeting activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2--5 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom
- Experience with document management or project coordination tools
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking systems
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
