About The Role

We're looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator to support the execution of affiliate strategy across multiple beauty brands. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with our TikTok Shop Affiliate Managers to execute affiliate sampling at scale, manage affiliate relationships, and support the growth of our affiliate community. You'll play a key role in identifying high-quality affiliates, coordinating product seeding (reviewing, approving, and optimizing sample requests), engaging our Discord community, and supporting with client affiliate strategy.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Sampling Strategy

• Own the day-to-day execution of affiliate product seeding across client accounts
• Evaluate and approve affiliate sample requests based on content quality, fit, and likelihood to drive GMV
• Ensure sampling stays within allocated product budgets while maximizing output and performance

Affiliate Coordination and Support

• Collaborate with Affiliate Managers to test new ways to drive affiliate interest, including outreach strategies and community initiatives
• Take proactive steps if inbound sample requests are low or misaligned
• Continuously improve the quality of inbound affiliates by refining messaging, positioning, and community engagement

Community Management and Engagement

• Actively engage and support the Amie affiliate community within Discord
• Build relationships with affiliates through consistent communication and support
• Conduct 1:1 check-ins with affiliates to strengthen relationships and drive performance
• Host onboarding sessions and webinars to continuously educate affiliates

Reporting and Optimization Support

• Assist in tracking affiliate performance and compiling reports for internal and client use
• Help identify trends in affiliate content and performance to inform future strategy
• Support ongoing improvements to workflows, processes, and community experience
• Attend client check-ins and contribute updates on affiliate activity and performance

Qualifications

• Required: Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
• Required: Exceptional ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns at once
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing is preferred
• Experience with Discord is preferred
• Highly organized, dependable, and very detail-oriented
• Independent, self-sufficient, and a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Demonstrates initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced start-up environments
