Job Description
AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a litigation paralegal to join one of its clients in the Downtown area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing a docket of litigation matters from inception to trial. eDiscovery experience is a plus for this role.
Required Skills and Experience
- Managing discovery
- Reviewing documents in Relativity
- Preparing for mediation
- Managing day to day litigation matters
- Preparing first drafts of motions
Experience
- 2 years of litigation experience with a preferred background in complex/multi-district matters.
