Our client, a respected national litigation firm, is actively seeking a driven and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our growing warranty defense litigation team. Requirements
- Active California Bar License.
- Minimum 1 year of civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and case management.
- Experience with California Warranty Law, including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes, is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
