Job description

About Us

Established in 1978, ANAR RUB TECH PRIVATE LIMITED is an ISO-certified global leader in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting high-performance industrial engineering components. Our diverse portfolio includes precision-engineered industrial rubber rollers, advanced air shafts, embossing rollers, and customized mechanical web handling solutions.

Serving critical sectors worldwide—including packaging, flexible film, printing, textiles, steel, and paper processing—we bridge traditional manufacturing excellence with modern innovation. As we aggressively scale our footprint and establish our corporate presence in the United States, we are seeking a visionary, growth-oriented marketing executive to lead our brand into its next chapter of global commercial expansion.

Job Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to design, execute, and own our comprehensive US market-entry and global B2B marketing strategy. Working directly with the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for transforming our industrial expertise into modern digital pipelines, driving customer acquisition, and positioning ANAR RUB TECH as the premier institutional choice for B2B manufacturing clients nationwide.

This is a fully remote, high-impact role requiring a rare blend of high-level brand strategy and "hands-on" execution in the industrial B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Positioning & Growth

  • US Market Entry: Design and execute the core marketing blueprint for our US launch, identifying key sector opportunities across target industrial hubs.
  • B2B Demand Generation: Build, scale, and optimize an omnichannel marketing engine (including account-based marketing, inbound/outbound pipelines, and high-value lead generation) to supply our enterprise sales teams.
  • Brand Evolution: Modernize and elevate our brand identity to resonate with North American corporate buyers, procurement managers, and enterprise industrial clients.

Digital Infrastructure & Content Operations

  • Performance Marketing: Oversee data-backed digital advertising, technical SEO/SEM, and strategic industrial directory positioning to capture high-intent buyers.
  • Content Strategy: Direct the creation of technical whitepapers, product application case studies, educational videos, and thought-leadership content that demonstrates our superior engineering standards.
  • MarTech Deployment: Select, implement, and manage a robust marketing automation and CRM stack to track customer journeys and measure clear ROI.

Market Intelligence & Network Expansion

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor global manufacturing trends, supply chain shifts, and competitor movements to continuously refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Event Strategy: Evaluate, coordinate, and maximize our ROI at key international and domestic trade shows, industrial exhibitions, and corporate networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Executive Leadership: 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing) specifically within B2B industrial manufacturing, heavy machinery, polymers, or technical engineering sectors.
  • Market Expansion Track Record: Demonstrated success in successfully launching international industrial brands or technical product lines into the United States market.
  • Modern B2B Toolset: Expert proficiency in modern B2B lead generation tactics, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and digital performance data analytics.
  • Superb Communication: Exceptional professional English communication, presentation, and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex technical specifications into compelling, business-driven value propositions.
  • Autonomous Drive: Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced corporate environment while collaborating across distributed global time zones.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • The unique opportunity to spearhead the US expansion of an established, highly stable global industrial manufacturing leader.
  • A collaborative, high-trust executive team culture with zero micro-management.
  • Competitive executive compensation package.
  • 100% remote working flexibility.
