About Andesa
Andesa is the leading provider of policy and plan administration solutions in the Advanced Markets space, including policy transaction management and NQDC recordkeeping. These solutions simplify the ongoing administration of complex life insurance and annuity products in BOLI, COLI, ICOLI, and Private Placement. Using market and product expertise, configurable capabilities for complex products, and security and reliability at scale, Andesa improves speed to market and empowers carriers and brokers to serve high-value markets with confidence.
In late March 2026, Terminus Capital Partners, an Atlanta based private equity firm focused on enterprise software companies, acquired a majority stake investment in Andesa to accelerate growth and increase investment in technology modernization, platform capabilities, and long-term innovation, while preserving the company's client-centric culture and operational continuity.
The hiring of a head of product management builds on this momentum and reflects Andesa's commitment to invest in the people, processes, and platforms behind its policy lifecycle and plan administration solutions.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role and the first dedicated product leadership position at Andesa. We are hiring an experienced product leader to bring discipline, best practices, and outside-in perspective we have not had before, and to translate Andesa's deep domain capability into a more deliberate product strategy and roadmap for our two software platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role inside a profitable, established business. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for our carrier policy administration platform and our emerging broker plan administration platform. You will also partner with services leadership where our software and services capabilities intersect. We expect you to be deeply engaged in the work itself — influencing product requirements documents, sitting with clients, partnering closely with engineering, developing business cases, and personally driving the operating cadence of the function — not solely setting direction from a distance.
Andesa has a deep bench of senior business analysts and client-facing leaders who have many of the skills of product managers and owners: domain mastery, client insights, and the instinct to translate complex needs into requirements. We expect the right product leader will recruit predominantly from that internal bench, identify the BAs ready to step into product manager and product owner roles, and develop them into a high-performing team and function, supplementing with external hires where the bench has gaps.
What You'll Own
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and publish Andesa's first integrated product roadmap for the two software platforms. Establish a clear strategy for each, defending and extending category leadership in carrier policy admin and accelerating product-market fit and growth in plan admin.
- Outside-In Market Perspective: Build Andesa's market intelligence practice. Develop a structured view of competitors, regulatory and distribution shifts, buyer trends, and emerging adjacencies.
- Voice of Customer Program: In partnership with Client Success, stand up a repeatable VOC practice across both buyer segments.
- Inbound Demand Management: Bring discipline to the flow of client-driven enhancement requests. Establish frameworks that distinguish one-off customizations from platform-worthy capabilities.
- Pricing, Packaging, and Commercialization: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Senior Leadership on product pricing, packaging, tiering, and module strategy.
- Go-to-Market Partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success on positioning, messaging, sales enablement, demo strategy, launch plans, and customer references.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Client Success, Services, and Technology.
- Engineering Partnership: Partner with Technology leadership on agile practices, release management, technical debt prioritization, and platform investments.
- Client Engagement and User Conferences: Contribute meaningfully to Andesa's user conferences as a product voice.
- Build, Buy, and Partner Decisions: Lead structured evaluations of when to build, license, or partner.
- Metrics and Outcomes: Define the product organization's KPIs and OKRs. Own product-level outcome metrics including adoption, retention, expansion, win rates, time-to-value, and NPS.
- Building and Developing the Product Team: Recruit and develop Andesa's first product management team, drawing primarily from our existing bench of senior business analysts and client-facing leaders.
What We're Looking For

- Strong analytical rigor and commercial fluency. Comfort with pricing, packaging, unit economics, and tying product investments to business outcomes.
- Diplomatic skill and political maturity. The ability to introduce product discipline into a successful, long-tenured organization.
