Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative at Anonymous Health. The person in this role will engage prospective behavioral health organizations through outbound and inbound activities, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Researching target accounts.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects.
  • Conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Nurturing early-stage relationships.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support revenue growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and consistently tracking activities and results to meet or exceed performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a high-volume outreach cadence.
  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with experience building and advancing a pipeline in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms; experience in health tech, behavioral health, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered business practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
