Trader Analyst

About the Role

A fast-growing stealth Web3 trading team is looking for a highly driven Trader Analyst to join its Solana-focused trading operation.

This role combines:

• Client communication and relationship management
• Execution trading and liquidity strategy
• Market analysis and reporting

You will work closely with experienced traders and developers in a high-performance environment focused on Solana memecoins, fair-launch tokens, and on-chain market opportunities.

Tasks

• Execute post-launch trading strategies using internal trading tools
• Manage liquidity provision, treasury allocation, and position sizing
• Monitor market structure, volatility, social sentiment, and liquidity flows
• Analyze token narratives, catalysts, influencer activity, and trading momentum
• Prepare trading reports, token analyses, and strategy updates
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Track PnL and support reporting processes
• Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to improve strategies and tooling
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 crypto market environment

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in trading, market making, Web3 research, or crypto markets
• Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem and memecoin trading dynamics
• Experience with liquidity strategy, market structure, and trading execution
• Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, and market analytics tools
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in crypto markets and trading psychology
• Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with market making or liquidity provisioning
• Understanding of behavioural trading patterns and narrative rotation
• Prior experience working with trading dashboards or proprietary tools
