Responsibilities:
- Set up appointments over the phone with warm leads.

- Respond to coverage requests from clients while advocating for their concerns.
- Distribute all benefit enrollment materials, then decide who qualifies.
- Update reports, records, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress.
- Maintain a regular training schedule to advance in your career.
- Keep abreast of fresh goods, services, and regulations.
